She just said she refused to particpate. Good on her. I wish the others refused as well.

I agree. Good on her for not just going along with it.

That explains why we didn't see her doing anything

Yes. I think she was referring to the pole dancing rather than wearing the costumes.

And people were saying that they were just trying to edit Jasmine and Luisa in a bad way by only showing them doing the pole dancing and not Sam. Well there you go, SHE DIDN'T DO IT, it's nothing to do with the editing.

Maybe seeing him throwing his bits about is what put her off participating.

And people will continue to call her boring because unlike the majoriity of the house she isn't taking her clothes off, jumping into bed with people and having arguments. I say good on her.

This is why she isn't getting air time, because she is behaving like a decent human being.

Exactly! I'm liking her more and more (I already did from TOWIE), I wish they showed more of her

IA. But that's not exactly the objective of the show. I respect the decision Sam made and she can handle the show in any way that she likes. However, we the audience should not complain about her absence on screen when we know she's not contributing anything of entertainment value. And before anyone says, 'I'd love to watch a housemate be upstanding and decent and normal' (you say that now), we know that behavior doesn't qualify as entertaining in the producers' minds, so resolve yourselves to the idea of no Sam.

I see what you mean, I think my idea of entertainment is very different to whoever is producing this series. It is car crash tv, but I do feel like my mind is being sullied by it sometimes!

Really ?
I read somewhere that a short while ago she agreed to filmed and photographed completely naked on a nudist beach - just so she'd get her face ( and other bits ) into the papers ....

I don't understand how she doesn't want to do a task but she will do topless modelling? Very strange

Wasn't that Casey?

Either way, I'm still pleased Sam refused to participate in the sex den tasks and wish the others had followed her example.

You're right. It is car crash tv and I've never presumed Channel 5 BB to be anything more. As is commonly said, Big Brother is a game. If Sam doesn't want to play, that's perfectly fine. But no one should cry foul at her absence.
