He was really nice when he went to comfort Luisa in yesterdays episode too and he is truthful about who he, he is not hiding it. I dont agree with his views or his outdated humour but he is more decent and honest then the rest in there.

He's not shouting and calling the Luisa a slut or a whore like how Dappy did...yet Dappy didnt get votes for being sexist?...I think its a gang mentality now and also he is willing to call them up on the things they do wrong and they dont want to be challenged or to feel guilty and Linda's seeds of poison have been sowed in their minds.

I'm a women and I think Luisa has been behaving horribly. Jasmine has simiar opinions but she is so much more politer in how she expresses herself.

He did the same with Luisa the other night after he made her cry with his 'haven't you had enough arguments x 5 rant' (even though it was him and Lionel doing the arguing, she was just trying to explain that she meant no offence).

The guy can't help showing his true colors now. He kept it in for a few days but now the real Jim keeps spilling to the surface.
Him pretending to show concern to Luisa + Jasmine (who he clearly hates with a passion and looks for any reason to have a go at them) is as fake as Rylan's teeth.

It will be interesting to see if he tries any of his passive aggressive crap on Lionel, Lee or Ollie now as the three of them nominated him.

6 of them nominated the same people, Jim seemed very sincere when he was talking to Jasmine, and Liz came over and confirmed what he was saying, He was nice to Luisa, she took his advice.

The girls have a drink and try to wind him up, they want to see the person Linda has told them about, only Jim isn't playing ball.....they appear to get on fine when they're not drinking, as soon as they start on the alcohol they start calling him names
like miserable git and miserable pr!ck and deliberately giggle and play about in bed to keep him wake.......What Linda told them would happen to Jim as soon as he has a drink is happening to them, they change, and behave OTT..

Very true - Jim gets nominated because he's supposedly been 'chauvinistic' - though we'ce seen little of this - and we all saw what Dappy did and that's not as bad? Everyone should've voted for him for using those terms and hounding Luisa around the house. The reason they probably didn't is they heard Luisa being booed and not Dappy. BS.

HE would go that extra mile, and to him they don't act like they would (even though given the right situation I'm sure they would) which is why sometimes he despairs at the messages they put out
