Well it is quite rare to see anything fresh coming out of that kettle.

Kid is now inferring that by not paying that 43% surcharge/tax you get a freebie.

No, I'm inferring that only an idiot would expect a service to be provided for nothing.

Mind you, if you don't even know what a tax is, then some of your views aren't surprising.

There is another scam where kids simply click an Add to rack up £90 in phone calls.
Ofcom are certainly to blame here. They could have fixed it 20+ years ago by forcing networks to disable premium cost calls by default. They still do not even give you that option !
