Umd and ard for a long time before getting one, brought it before christmas, love it.
Only two of us, so it saves on the big oven.
Just peeved I paid £45.00, and Aldi's is £ 20 cheaper.
Great for most things where you would otherwise waste money by turning the oven on. Leave the lid slightly ajar if you're leaving things inside for a while after cooking, or they might get soggy from the condensation.
If you can afford one, a Remoska cooker is even better.

I said on another thread my OH bought a Remoska and he likes it - my problem with it is it only has one setting -- 180c which is ok for some foods but not others.
Don't know if it's just my Halogen oven but bit disappointed if I try to cook anything on the lower rack while the top rack is pretty full.
Example. if I have 3 Pies or a pizza on top rack and spread out oven chips on bottom rack, chips don't cook at all. I thought there were supposed to be no cold spots.
Given up cooking for 3 people on it now and only cook 2 meals at most.
It's not really a cheap one either. the JML from Argos.

That's the one I have. It never occurred to me to try to cook things on two different levels at once. Are they supposed to be able to do that?
