History gets re written once again. He said "Doesn't it bother you that you haven't got a man?" It's not a snipe, it's a question.

I agree that he denied the Frank Carson comment. He's a complete WUM. He had Linda reeled in good and proper by then. She's not doing herself any favours though. She's coming across like a bitter, humourless woman. Jim is winning.

So, the real Jim is fake Jim? That doesn't hold water either, because he said he'd been keeping a lid on things because in the past his 'honesty' had gotten him into trouble. Can't have it both ways.

Well Linda told her kitchen utensils () that Jim called her an arsehole but he didn't. They both have audiences to which they fill in their version of events.

Regarding 'sniping' that is your version. I thought it was a question.

I find it impossible discussing the Frank Carson bit as I'm completely baffled by it.

Yes I agree and it bit her on the arse.

She has pushed and pushed for Jim to lose his temper.

Her husband was filmed stealing money from Frank Carson's . He was arrested, charged and found guilty.

I thought Jim asked Luisa if she missed having a man or on those lines? he then went on to say that his daughter is on her own with a child too !

He did lie about calling her an asshole, he said it under his breath and I think Jim doesn't realise the cameras pick up everything !! but then she was being an asshole.- she called Jim a c*** - not nice ! the worst word ever !!!

What do you expect. She has been winding him up since day one. Nasty bitch deserves all she gets.

This vile tool, is well known for being abusive to women and and for being a total dick. Most people who have met him say he is horrible.

That Frank Carson jibe was what is called a low blow. A malicious dig that he later denied. Linda is very foolish to let him wind her up, as he is doing it deliberately as he is topping the vote and believes all the fans love this vile behaviour. Which some do. What he is doing is cruel and then he gaslights and his supporters gaslight along with him.

Linda is honest and confronts him, which he wants but she would better ignoring the dick and letting it all pass over her. He is too clever and manipulative for her. A real ruthless gameplayer, but if she does not play the game ends. James is out to discredit the opposition. Obnoxious dick.

See ........looks like you're wrong on that one. people do like playing guessing games re Linda don't they? And yet when people post cold hard facts about Jim .......it's all wrong, he's been misunderstood, he's a changed man.

Bit of balance wouldn't go amiss.

I'm sorry but there is only so much you can take from someone before they snap. You can't blame him for it.

I am sure if this was reversed Linda fans would still say Jim was in the wrong.

Linda was fully in the wrong again tonight, she has pushed his buttons since day 1. I would have snapped at her a long time ago.

It's not an obviously sensitive story at all. We don't know anything about it but if it was as below the belt as is being suggested why did Jim keep asking about it and keep addressing Linda about it Wouldn't he have been embarrassed at it being out in the open like that.

Also, I think the areshole comment has much more significance than you give it. Jim didn't say it and told her but she was very definite he had. He seemed genuinely confused and put out by it and it simply must have affected him. Imagine if he accused Linda of saying something she hadn't Her reaction would have been a hell of a one and so much more dramatic than his.

I'm usually for Jim when he's arguing with Linda because she does jump down his throat as per earlier when she misheard him call her an "arsehole" and pounced on his (admittedly, loaded but that's what Jim does; he's antagonistic) question about a having a man to Luisa. But the whole Frank Carson mess was a right mess and his backpedaling shows he even thought it was too far.”

I don't agree so much about the 'having a man' comment (I think Linda overeacted due to her being on edge with everything Jim says at the moment) but you've hit the nail on the head..its exactly what he does -throws in a few choice words, then when the person is riled puts his hands up, walks away or acts like the person is mad or wanting to fight, and he wants no part of it. This explains why he has managed to annoy so many in the house, yet also comes across as the peacemaker to the viewer as hes always seen to be the one walking away. I don't think everyone else is innocent (Linda is overly sensitive and rises to the bait too easily, and is now overeacting, possibly a bit paranoid, but I think its due to whats gone on before. The one liner about Frank Carson is a perfect example of what hes been doing a lot of..this time it was so sensitive to Linda that it is highlighted.

He bit himself on the arse by denying he said anything about Frank Carson.
It was totally unnecessary and dragged up events long past.
No-one has thrown in his face about him being thrown out of Hells Kitchen for homophobic remarks. Or about him slapping his ex wife about. Or the more recent events.

watched 5 + 1 and Jim actually said to Luisa :

"don't you miss having a man in your life?"

a comment which didn't warrant Linda berating him for interjecting into the conversation between her and Luisa

Obviously its not sensitive to Jim! He obviously knows a story that would be embarrassing to Linda, a story he knows would upset/humiliate her and he announces it on national TV (or rather wants to remind Linda of the story to wind her up/threaten to spill the beans on national TV. I don't know why you're confused - its obvious he was being malicious, theres no other way to read it! I can see why Linda would want to speak to him directly about it - not only because she'd be fuming that he mentioned it, but she would want to show him shes not being threatened by it.
