Jim Is Suppressing His real Personality.

Jim, by his own admission, is behaving himself and must have repeated the mantra 'Walk away! Walk away!' many times in the last 2 weeks.

But he hasn't made it his mission to suppress every shred of his personality, lest he gives away what a monster he is - he has drunk plenty of alcohol and socialised with everyone.

To me, if his reason for entering the house was to quash all the rumours of what a nasty man he is, he would have stayed permanently away from Linda, and Luisa and Jasmine, and certainly would not have drunk any alcohol! Remember how the alcoholic Michael Madsen hardly touched a drop in the house, but was later put behind bars for injuring his child during a drunken episode - there was a man who knew he had a nasty side to hide!

Of cousre Jim has been showing a good side and holding back the worst, but I imagine that is the case for most of them.

First she would have to find a personality to suppress.

Good post. He is desperate to salvage his career. I wish him well, but not at the expense of others.

i going by what his friend said on bbots she didnt even know this jim he was so different i dont usually go by what they did before the house but you can see jim holding back even when linda is not involved. i have read about jim over the years and old enough to remember his shows but have to be honest never found his humour funny i dont dislike him in the house just dont want him to win.

So confused, he seems really nice! Maybe the abuse allegations have humbled him or he's mellowed with age?

I think you have a good point. Jim experienced being a fairly helpless victim for a time. Rather like the people he has earned money from, jeering and poking fun at for the majority of his career

Linda has had it in for Jim from the start.
God, I hope he wins.”
