Jim needed to say sorry because he crossed the line bringing her husband into the argument. Pity Linda couldn't say sorry to Jim for wrongly accusing him of calling her an asshole .

I don't think she realises she was mistaken in what she heard. Curiously, Jim made no effort to correct her.

If he had tried to correct her she wouldn't have accepted it.

He did say to her 'That's not a word I use' and she stated again that he went out there and called her an asshole.
I agree with you she was in no mood to be corrected.

I really hope that is the end of it.

I have hated the fact that these two people wasn't getting on.

I don't why because I don't like either of them really but I do think that both of them need a fresh start in life.

They have both had a bad time the last few years in different ways.

I saw the apology in the bathroom clip and Linda was not accepting his apology so I am very glad that she has now,

Actually he did. He said that he had used many words to describe her but arsehole wasn't one.

Linda knows exactly what she is doing.

And he didn't bring her dead husband into it - she did..... (and I'm not condoning what he said just sticking with facts).

I doubt we will have to wait long for their next fall out

I agree with you Kabira, I do hope this is the end of it. That was a very low blow by Jim last night, very unedifying and sad to watch .

Jim brought up the situation that her husband was involved in, planted the seed,--- so when Luisa asked Linda what Frank Carson's dressing room scenario was about , of course it was about Lindas husband, that's why Jim brought it up - he didn't SAY it was about her husband, because he didn't need to did he !

I can think of a few things linda deserves but an apology isn't one of them.

Tend to agree here Jim is much more deserving of an apology from Linda.

Don't know why he bothered, she knew he would bring something up about her that's why she kept bugging him, she planned this IMO

She didnt need to react, we would not have known or bothered to look it up if she'd just glossed over and said what the hell is that arsehole on about.

Also she should be annoyed at her sister who has written up the whole story on her website..thats how we found out in minutes....its not up anywhere else

If anyone should be apologising it should be Linda. Of course she was never going to do that though was she.

Linda's absolute refusal to even acknowledge Jim's apology is the height of rudeness and vindictiveness ... so similar to Colleen in being unforgiving and relentless once they have their 'target' in their sights, they fight to the death. Poor Jim, Linda's indignation and self-righteousness just makes me like him even more and her even less.

Jim should not have brought Jim Carson incident up but Linda should not have been badgering him constantly trying to get him to have an argument.

He finally lost his temper and he regretted it almost immediately.

But I do hope Linda is willing to be civil now because Jim has wanted that all along.

He made many overtures to her.

I hope it is all over and they both have a great time in the house from now on.

That is what I would love to watch.

I think they could be very funny together.

He's not the one who should be apologising. She's been jumping on his back since the very first day they went in, she deserved what she got.
