Invisible is how to play, don't be controversial, express interest in conversations but don't engage in bitching or negative behaviour. But like I have stated the true winners are those that have achieved what they wanted from the show. Either gaining the fee or changing public perception, or just some want to just star in the show and have the experience. So cheer the silent ones, boo the controversial ones.

I don't really know why people think she's really nice we haven't seen enough of her to know anything! She might be nice or horrible who knows!
