Although none of us know the ins and outs.
I think Linda has acted horribly to Jim, before he came and said something low.
She's goaded him and then sometimes it looked like they could be friends.
My opinion is that she feels that if she is to forgive Jim or become friends with him, that she will feel she is betraying her husband?
Jim is my favourite housemate and I feel sorry for him with the way Linda has constantly acted, but I'm trying to think of a reason why she's like a dog with a bone and that's the only conclusion I can come to and in fact think it's pretty understandable.

I find Linda to be a very bitter twisted woman the kind of woman who gives the rest of us a bad name. I don't understand how she has the nerve to be so vindictive to Jim when it all stems from her and her husband.
