Hmm, insulting another poster. That's big and clever.

There you again. The difference between you and wonkeydonkey is that she doesn't insult other posters to make a point, but she will take unfairness to task, en masse if need be.

There IS nastiness on this topic but none has come from wonkeydonkey who, far as I can see, has criticised both Jim and Linda when appropriate and doesn't seem to especially like either of them.

Anyway, if you persist in snide personal attacks on one poster because you can't actually mount a decent response to very reasonable posts, expect to be reported to the mods.

In the thread she started, about saying something nice?

I like your posts a lot, but to be fair she did explicitly try to create a 'good feeling' thread and asked for no insults. A sanctuary, as it were. It's not been easy on this forum last few days for any poster who doesn't like seeing a tsunami of unpleasantness engulf it.

Perhaps as his bed was on the other side of the room and him trying to get to it earlier had resulted in Louisa calling him the grim reaper and started them all cackling again, he wanted to go back out of the room but as it was locked, sat where he was until the others had gone to sleep. I think I would have done the same under the circumstances.

He's not trying to stop people having fun which is why he waits until they go the sleep before he goes to bed as he can't sleep when they're all cackling, usually at his expense. The childish behaviour is not coming from him, rather the gaggle who have decided he's not in their gang

No, he was behaving like a two year old.

Until Dappy made matters worse he was actually sitting on the sofa just waiting for the noise to abate, how childish was that ?

Only he knows why he did it unless you have inside knowledge and access to the house to speak to him personally so it is your opinion not fact!

He's stalking around the house like a wounded bear seemingly too afraid to do or say anything in case the other HMs attack him. You'd think he was some shy, retiring librarian rather than a stand up comic with over 40 years experience of appearing in working men's clubs, etc. He could rip that lot to shreds if he chose too.

Interesting too that BB seem to be jumping on the bandwagon with the addition of the melancholy backing track on that clip, viewer manipulation at it's finest.”

I'm the opposite - I was anti Jim at the start. Don't like him, never have. However, the way Linda has behaved and the ganging up mentality of the women has changed my opinion. Jim will probably win this. The women have made sure of this.

Nothing to do with inside knowledge. I was simple observing and commenting on what I saw, as we all do. If you can't see that his behaviour was infantile and martyrdom ,let's agree to disagree.

As for retaliating, Linda asked for that on Thursday night with Jim. Jim didn't go to Linda and actually insult her. Linda was poking away at Jim and has been doing so for days and that was coming, as sad as it is, it was coming.”

I asked you about your second paragraph, in the first post above. Sorry but you are saying you are judging her about how she's been in the house. That paragraph tells me it's not a fair or reasoned judgement. Jim did this behind her back, then lied.Say no more.
He has now apologised saying he was wrong.Good for him, at least HE can admit that!
