Almost apologise (for making things up, lieing) to Casey in the kitchen. He said similar to

I said those things because I was cross then he went in for his fave Casey hug.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Sort of--but it was when he told the 'Superfan' that he really liked BOTH Jas and Casey and it was 'tough' to decide which came closest to being honest. Why didn't he just tell Casey that back in the beginnings??
