Actually it usually happens after you've had the baby.

Once you've had a child, it is possible to continue lactating for many many years after, with continued stimulation.

That's why 'in the olden days' the rich employed wetnurses to breastfeed their offspring.

I think Luisa must have quite a high sex drive. She seems to get involved in sexual behaviour at every opportunity with the lads, and was very touchy feely with Jasmine and Sam earlier in the series. It's just the case that some have stronger urges than others.
