Do they have backing dancers and singers during the later pre-recorded stages of The Voice? I can't remember. If she has appeared in music videos it is possible that she was a backing performer on The Voice. If so that could be how Will.i.am noticed her and had a chance to get to know her.

Well I wouldn't let Lee Ryan within a mile of my lady garden but even less so if I had Will.I.am in toe. He's adorable, lovely, kind, compassionate, charitable, fascinating, intelligent.

One of my most favourite people in popular culture. To quote a very old saying 'why have hamburger when you have steak at home' and Will.I.am is top quality fillet. Lee Ryan is the scraps off the abattoir floor.
