In the fresh meats aisle in supermarkets, they sell chicken wings whole. So, the inedible tip, the flat part and the drumstick part all still together.
When you buy chicken wings from a restaurant or a takeaway, the flat bits and the drumstick bits are seperated and the tips discarded. I know you can buy them like this in the frozen section but these are covered in flavours and stuff and I don't want that.
I want to make my own buffalo wings from scratch but really cannot be bothered spending half an hour hacking up chicken wings.
