But VB has no links to the glamour modeling world. The only assets you need for that are the obvious ones. Perhaps she would've helped if Casey was a singer but there's no reason that it could be expected with a rather tenuous connection. Casey's mum said she hadn't kept in touch with VB.

Just because someone is your godparent usually only means they're friends of your parents at the time you were born.
My mates godfather is an actor who played a major character on Eastenders a few years back but she wouldn't expect him to give her a leg up anywhere, especially as she hasn't seem him in over 30 years
