Seriously that was one painful looking MOFO spot on her left cheek last night at NOMS.

No wonds she left for emergency anti inflam medical treatment.

She might have flared up with a carbuncle, it did look sore.

At least it made her interesting for a bit.

she's going to be even quieter now as she wont want to draw attention to herself with no make up on, we would all be the same and really self conscious especially someone as vain as Sam and in a house full of cameras too

Her cheek did look a bit swollen. Perhaps that's where she stores her thoughts and opinions. Maybe someone could give it a bit of a squeeze and let them all come flooding out.
