So....found a packet of butterscotch in the press...
haven't eaten AD in YEARS!

I whipped it up...and decided to crumble up a few(4) dark chocolate digestives into it, not too crumbly...big chunks.. and it was tasty.

Does anyone make Angel Delight a strange way? accompanied with anything peculiar?

Also, I ate the whole packet..(made with 300ml milk) hope i'm not sick later...

I used to freeze it in ice lolly moulds and have Angel Delight lollies when I was a kid.

A friend of ours makes a trifle with mandarins, orange jelly, some kind of sponge and butterscotch angel delight and it is delicious.

I always have it with some kind of biscuits or fruit.

I have a little recipe book from years ago for different ways to use Angel Delight.

Here's one:
Crush 6-8 ginger biscuits and mix with a little butter. Make up 1/2 pint Butterscotch Angel Delight as usual. Turn into glasses and top with the crushed biscuit mixture.

You can put made-up Angel Delight into ice-lolly moulds and freeze it.

Also you can layer the made-up Angel Delight in sundae glasses with a complimentary flavour of canned pie filling. e.g. Vanilla Angel Delight and cherry pie filling. Or Strawberry Angel Delight layered with strawberry jam.

What a coincidence. Another poster, Luner13, found a packet of butterscotch Angel Delight in his cupboard yesterday too.
