My local Tesco's just started shelving a whole new range of Polish peirogi*. Now, I know how to cook them (quick boil then saute in butter) but what I don't know is what kind of garnish or dip or sauce or whatever to serve them with. Any ideas?
*ie Big dumplings or giant-sized ravioli stuffed with various fillings.

Most perogies I've had are made with potato and cheese filling.
