I've no experience of using it but Voda 4G along the South coast looks fairly comprehensive and widespread on their coverage map. Especially when compared to EE in the same area.

Sadly, EE 4G speed in Swansea started poor and has just got worse and worse. For 3 months it's been stuck at this. I guess the ping is good...ish

That is bad! Where in Swansea in that?
Around Uplands and town I see it down as low as 5Mb down, 5Mb up, but usually a bit higher, usually averaging about 10.

Our 4G on O2 along the South Hampshire area so far has been excellent, they also have 4G in areas where EE do not.

If you're only looking at speed then with the current arrangement to be sure it's 2600 you'd need to be seeing a download >75 or an upload >25. Better to try and get the band from the phone (if that's possible for you).

Where I've seen Vodafone 2600 it's been pretty fast and clearly "double speed" as in these tests in London.

Vodafone 4G speeds in Canary Wharf taking a dive over the past week. Possible iPhone 6 effect? Loads of them about.

From Friday afternoon.

I'd be very interested in any upgrades between Ely and Cambridge. It's long over due, we don't even get 3G where i live.

It looks like o2 have enabled 4G LTE here in Derby.... Was a few weeks ago when I last checked; have ordered a SIM for my iPad to see what sort of speeds I get.

Vodafone coverage map is now displaying 4G in Four Marks and Alresford. Looks to be very good 4G coverage between Alton and Winchester now.

Nothing on O2 yet but shouldn't be too far off.

Am getting 4G in some parts of Derby despite the coverage checker telling me there are no plans for the next three months, haha.

Looks like 4G launch in Aberdeen isn't too far away - masts are being replaced in the city and new cabinets installed.

December 2017? Sounds about right, that's when it's expected here in Norfolk too although Norwich 'may' be earlier...

O2 this week have started to upgrade their masts in Teesside to 4G, but its quite limited with the centre of Middlesbrough getting a weak 4G signal, while the Cargo Fleet area getting a full 4G signal. I've also seen that Vodafone have started 4G in the area from today.

I have tested it on my friends new LG G3 who is on 02 and and it is 8.7mbps and shows 4G signal. It is now jaw dropping at least he can get 4G signal!

I am with Three and can't get 4G at work and my speed changes between 3mbps to 6mbps.

There is 4G from all Networks in the city. EE having the fastest speeds and coverage it seems all the way down to Three who only have two sites active.
