Well, if it was slander, why are we being allowed to post it here, where it might be libel?

Emma did manage to get in " This was the first time you were up for eviction and you were voted out" Linda brushed over that fact

They all seem to breathe easier now she's gone .. all of them and the all seem scared to speak too much about her but from the youtube clips I've seen they say she was controlling and over the top in her hatred of Jim and he never stood a chance and that she sucked people in.

All the housemates get called to thh diary room all the time. But this is JIM so it is obviously very, very, very special.

...because Jim has been called to the diary room?

Hint: there is a 20 minute delay on 'live' broadcasting, to make sure that nothing libellous is broadcast. Because if it was, it is Ch 5, and not Linda Nolan or any other nolan, who would be liable.

We had live from the house from 11.30 to midnight. After about five minutes in, Jim's called to the DR and we never saw him again.

What was strange, no one even mentioned him. Is it normal for an HM to be gone for that long?

Anyone know by now what went on?”

Anyone?

He also had a very good legal team, who managed to bring the case forward and have the CPS throw it out. With over 50 witnesses speaking up for Jim, Linda take note. BB will be treading very carefully and more than covering themselves should she decide to create a story from her remark.

Yes I think so. Luke A said that conversations in the diary room move incredibly slowly because the person you are talking to has to check what to say before they reply. He said you can sometimes hear them going through some notes before they answer you.

So why didn't Channel 5 delete it ?

What was Linda implying? Rylan had to get in quick to tell her about legal reasons and all that.

I find it unbelievable how EVERYTHING this odious man does has to be jumped on to attack Linda!

She's their scapegoat Anne. When they can't think of anything constructive to debate with. Linda or his charity work are usually good diversions.

I'm sure Linda said the same thing in the house and it was broadcast.

The only difference last night was that Jim wasn't around to put an alternate view.

Linda is no scape goat. A dreadful woman.

They were asking him how he felt still being there and Linda gone, and what would he do for the rest of his time in the house. They ask all the nominated housemates that and they are usually in the diary room half an hour or longer.

You'd think she was Eva Braun the way some people talk about her. Completely out of proportion. With Jim as Gandhi and Nelson Mandela rolled into one.

I think if it's libel, Linda and C5 would both be liable, as would D Spy if anyone repeated it here, as well as the posters who repeated it.

Which shows how ridiculously cut down out view of what's said in the DR is.
