I suspect it is more to do with the fact that they have had quite an emotional day with family visitors popping in etc,

She was horrendous poor Jim is having a well earned rest.

It's been said that Jim will be able to enjoy himself and have fun once Linda left.

Oh well as long as Jim's happy DS is a happy house so it won't matter that he's in his pit at 9pm

No it just means he is tired which he is entitled to be as is anyone, if the others decide to go to bed as well that's their choice.

YOu may have missed all the posts about what a lovely non-stop party the house is now that Linda has gone, what with her stopping all the parties for the duration.

At least if he's in bed he won't obnoxiously rub his hands together again.

Where do you get that? He simply wanted people to be quiet while in the bedroom and keep their partying in the various other areas of the house. He hasn't tried to force a "bed time" on the others... he just wanted there to be quiet in ONE room.

By the way, he's a recovering addict and tries to keep his alcohol consumption to a non-excessive level. Would you rather him relapse and suck down on all the alcohol...and stay up late? C'mon now..

You make him sound ever so reasonable but he wasn't. He never asked anyone to be quiet he just walked off and sulked and bad mouthed those he deemed guilty. Maybe if he had been reasonable and simply asked politely they'd have obliged.

I remember a time when most viewers wanted BB to be a party house and noisy people were always tolerated over those that moaned about noise in the bedroom because as viewers we wanted an interesting show to watch. Of course that was pre Jim Davidson days
