Since having our Youview recorder, we have not used our 9300t so have decided to list it on eBay.

Problem is, I don't know whether it has a 320GB or 500GB hard drive. Is there a way of telling?

MENU >> Record >> HDD Control >> and read the right hand side where it has "Total"

No I don't think it was too obvious. In my opinion it was not obvious that you need to go to the "Record" menu. I would have included it in the "System" section or even the "Installation" section.
