You missed a good one. Series 2 was sizzling due to the Kyran (strong skating power lifter) and Clare's (daredevil trickster) rivalry. Suzanne's my favourite winner though.
Will she do Music if she's ever in the skate off? ![]() |

So we know Gareth and Bonnie got more votes than Kyran and Zaraah.

I didn't know how old she was so googled it. I'm shocked she's only 49!

She is almost 10 years older. This is the ninth series and Bonnie was in the first.

Miaow is about right.
Bonnie is actually 9 years older than she was when she first participated in series 1 of DOI. How old are you Daisy? If older than Bonnie are you as flexible as her? If younger are you as flexible as she is - and what chance have you got of showing Bonnie's flexibility when you're 49? But as it happens, I was very flexible indeed when I was 49, I was very sporty, pretty much addicted to playing squash and trained with weights 3 times a week. Why turn a passing observation into a who is the most flexible contest - doesn't make sense.

What an ugly finish to the performance.
Kyran was better. I do like Zara though ![]() ![]() Kyran really upped his game in the SO, he deserved to win through. |

I meant when she last skated in THIS series ie a couple of weeks ago, which is why I wondered if she might be ill. Her face is very boney and wearing a lot of make up.

She's wearing the Music outfit for the skate off and Music should trump anyone but Ray in a skate off - its vastly more difficult than Jai Ho, Riverdance or Beth's best and has a stronger dance element too.

I googled too, I thought she was in her mid 50's.

How flexible I am is irrelevant, this is a discussion thread about Dancing on Ice and the participants, not about the posters. It is indeed a discussion about DOI and the participants; their ability and performances on ice - not about their physical appearance.

This is a discussion thread, we can talk about anything we like.
I would love to see a side by side pic of the celeb and their critics taken at the same age. |

Oh yes - though I think it's only natural to wonder about the physical appearance of those who judge others to their detriment.
I would love to see a side by side pic of the celeb and their critics taken at the same age. Why you have made this all so personal is beyond me. I expressed concern about her possible health issues.

Best not - you would be so-oo disappointed. I look much younger than Bonnie, and I am much older.

Vague memory he had a big vote and overstayed in his series - only lost it in the last stages as the voters became more focused and the real competition was clearly elsewhere.
IMO, Gareth is technically better than Bonnie, and has shown a lot more variety and progression, so while I don't think he should win, there's nothing wrong with him still being there. Realistically, the people who are voting for the "good" skaters are spoilt for choice, and IMO Kyran and Zaraah are noticeably behind the leading pack. Unless everyone votes for everyone except the weakest two, that's how it is going to be. I wouldn't want Gareth to go much further if he doesn't step up, but so far he's always been juggling DOI with other work, so he's had less time to practice than most. I'll be interested to see if the extra time, and less distractions makes a difference this week. |

I think it did. As you have proved, if a woman says anything that might be deigned detrimental to another woman, it's assumed she is being bitchy. Which is why I got in the 'miaow alert' before anyone else did.

I can understand that - I actually find it quite refreshing when someone acknowledges that their comments are intentionally less than complimentary.
