Fed up with seeing the same 4 or 5 Nolanites on these threads, they're forever whinging about how badly the Nolan woman gets talked about, then they bitch about Jim ten times worse. Utterly pathetic.

I'm out.

Exactly. Our posts crossed but I've said similar.

Oh how ridiculous, she's NOT his child, she's not a kid either, he said that to make her laugh so she'd cheer up, she laughed and cheered up, job done, nothing else to see there.

He has a wife, he should be respectful. Call me crazy.

Yeh and there's other examples but don't want to wind up the Jim fans anymore as most of the comments on here seem to be of a lynch mob nature without any thought given to what has actually been said!

Yes it was nice of Jim to comfort Casey in his own wise owl/been around the block/dad of the house style that he has and yes he genuinely meant it, I was just trying to say that this sort of downturn in house emotions generally leaves him feeling better - understandable given he's always nominated by all of them - so any house arguments/splits potentially leave him in a stronger position and he's quick to put an arm round Dappy or Ollie if they've fallen out with Luisa. He's very entertaining and playing a very good game.

His wife was in the house today, you'll find the video on here somewhere, she didn't seem to have a problem with him, in fact they seem to be very much in love, his daughter was there too and she seems to love him a lot too, both lovely ladies.

Like Dingbatts says, no matter what Jim does, some people will find fault with it. I can't wait until he walks out of there the winner.”

I'll put my hands up to that - it's a fair cop. I despise the man and I don't think he could do anything to change my view of him.

It really is no different to those who were anti Linda - I suppose that's how it is.

I know it's the same ones all the time, trying to derail Jim threads.

Sassy people are so literal and anal.

OMG.

Instead of seeing the guy being present to console others when down, it is another Lindagate!!!!!

Forgot to say, his wife has a great sense of humour too, she brought in two shirts she'd ironed for Jim and gave them to Luisa

That's nice, but I stand by my point. I'm of the opinion that married men shouldn't talk to young girls like that.

Errrrm - how is joining in the discussion on Jim being 'the comforter in the house' derailing the thread. Are we only allowed to post positive things that agree with you? Disagreeing isn't the same as derailing.

...and yet, here you are trying to derail a thread that may be viewed as an anti-Jim thread. Doesn't make you right and them wrong. Stop taking it so personally.

Jim is a comedian, the joke was for Casey to cheer her up and I expect Jim's wife is used to his sense of humour. I dont think there is any need to feel disgust on her behalf.

Yeah, I agree. I do think what he says to Casey is for real but I cannot help but think almost everything he chooses to do in there is forethought in an attempt to grab as much airtime as possible.

Has anyone in this thread spoke about a 'Nolan' apart from you bringing her into the conversation? If they have I've missed it as I was too busy talking the subject title which was Jim being in his element when someone is upset in the house.

For the record I'm not a Linda supporter, I dislike Jim

Ha ha snap!

I am on an android tablet at home and can see the posts without seeing the poster and when its about a certain person being discussed can guarantee I know who the poster is
Sorry just a little game of mine! It happens with every thread !

As for Jim all I can say is he is crucified what ever he does so I'm not surprised he is been by consoling younger housemates that are upset,
As I'm more nearer his age than the housemates are I completely understand why he's consoling them,he's a father and grand father of course he doesn't want to see young ones upset he isn't the devil you know although many would call him that

Sorry I didn't just mean you penny crayon I meant every poster there about who chats about people they like or dislike !

I feel disgust. My perception about how someone should be isn't based on how the person closest to them feels about it.

It's funny when people in this thread pretend that 'this joke' is the first thing he's said to Casey along these lines.
