Sometimes her lips look awkward and unnaturally not moving properly when she speaks, has she has nasty stuff injected into them?

Botox is not injected into the lips - fillers are. Botox is used in forehead, round eyes and sometimes the jaw line to inhibit muscle movement and relax wrinkles. Fillers are injected to plump up the area. Sam looks (despite her age) to me to have had both.
I don't think she's had anything done to her face. She has the condition/disease where she can't stop pulling out her eye lashes (can't remember what it's called), so she doesn't actually have any eye lashes. This obviously makes her eyes look tiny. She's definitely not had fillers or her lips done. Maybe Botox at a stretch, but it doesn't look like she's even had that.
She certainly looks like it, you can tell by the strange way they move their lips. It's not a good look and certainly isn't an improvement on anyone IMO.

Yes. She has talked about the condition in magazine interviews and said that's why she wears false eyelashes most of the time, often more than one pair.

I've seen her in real life and she has definitely had work done on her face. She's 23/24 but got that plastic, waxy look of a middle aged woman trying to look younger

Her face is so shiny and swolen. She has clearly had loads of botox.
She also has the beginning of a trout pout. She's definitely injected something into her upper lip.
Remember this is her line of work so she has easy access to these treatments.
She reminds me of Jocelyn Wildenstein. If she continues the way she's going that's how she'll look in 25 years.

These fame hungry Z listers are all getting it at a young age. They think it will slow down the ageing process when in fact it does quite the opposite.
The lip filler seems to be very popular as well. Rylan has had it on his top lip and it looks a mess. Sam has clearly had it as well.
