I don't think the thought "poor lickle girly me" ever pops into her head.
The baby voice is used to cover-up the content of what she's saying, making it appear to be less controversial or aggressive than it is. Good gameplay IMO.

Agree with both these.
I genuinely don't know why so many people have such an issue with her voice. I actually find it rather soothing.
Perhaps she is a Siren and I have been blinded by her baby voiced 'siren's song'.
