oh my gosh..im just about to go in to my Gym and do chest/Tris but I think their workout looks more fun

If only Luisa would try to drop the nasty traits......she does spoil herself as this is a typical shot of her being fun with out the baggage she normally carries

I'm coming off 5X5s so working out for next month with Sagi's BODYBEAST(Beachbody) which will allow me to go possibly into a German volume workout unless I chicken out
