I think it's largely down to the lack of competition.
Lee probably looked like the best choice. Evander, Jim and Lionel were obviously not going to be considered..Ollie seems pretty asexual..Dappy looks like Dappy.
That leaves Lee.

They all know why they're in there - to get exposure, so they'll pretty much contrive drama with whoever's willing to play!
God only knows. He is unattractive all round, face, body, intellect. No charm, boring, self absorbed even repungent at times.

For me it would be his humour,his laugh,his childlike ways,his looks,personality,voice, charm,He also is caring that is why he as lovely friends.
His face and body are really nice IMO. Plus he's great at making people laugh which is very attractive. .

A great body?
He's "soft" - doesn't appear to do anything to stay toned. And his tattoos are dreadful. His body is only "good looking" next to poor Dappy.
The most puzzling aspect is that these women are NOT young, naive girls. Jasmine is 34 and Casey is 29 years old (basically 30).. I can see being young and dumb... and fawning over a former boy band fellow, but at 30 years of age? I just don't get it..

I think Casey definitely fancies him but I wonder if Jasmine just likes to be the one who gets the man.
