All the stupid things like horoscopes and handwriting analysis need to be dropped. If theres going to be questions from the public I'd rather have them done as vox pops on a street rather than phonecalls. They're not going to allow something decent to come through (ie anything slagging BB off) so a bit of quality control would be good. I'm sure they don't like the idea of someone saying something odd 'live' on the phone so why not? Be better organised as well.

I think one of the problems is that it now just caters for those who watch the highlights show and nothing else, they don't post on forums, they don't watch the live show they don't go into the characters any further than what they are shown at 10pm. What they need to do is get rid of the silly stuff (above) and show extra things that are not shown on the highlights show. This would be especially good when they add the extra mini tasks and chores that they need to keep things active.
There must be so many extra things we can be shown.

I'd like to see more behind the scenes but I can see how that could be boring after a while as well.
