Nightime- melted Mature Cheddar with black pepper

I love it too, but isn't that too much salt for a baby? Hate to come over as a nanny state type of person but I remember a story of a toddler who died cause he had to much salt.

Well this week in casa de noooway we have only managed dry toast as the toddler has decided to have an allergic reaction to his new formula milk and pebbledashed most of the house.

However, I have been chomping on unsalted butter on toast, slice after slice

I quite like eating pate with conserves I.E. chicken liver with cranberry, duck with marmalade, brussells with apple sauce etc.

Tried melting swiss cheese on toast but it was jank

Sure there are loads of nice toppings but I just don't think you can beat that. Creamy goodness with a crunch.
