Is that the routine done to "Here comes the rain again?"

In the first half or so, she did hardly any skating, and while she did skate more in the later part, I didn't see anything that made it seem her feet hardly seemed to touch the ground except when they didn't touch the ground because she was being lifted.

Anyway, I find both her and Ray very irritating.

The over-praising, near gushing, from the judges about Hayley is very annoying too.

She's not my favourite but I really enjoyed her routine to Here Comes The Rain. It was nice to see her doing something a little less cheesy.

I find her very offputting too - she is desperate to win this.
I find her very false to be honest. She just loves all the fuss
Remember her face when Jason commented on her first dance on the ice. He expected more from her.
Anyone else notice that the three favourites have all teamed up with their previous skating partners while the rest weren't.

I couldn't stand her on the last series but I don't actually mind her on this one. I think she comes across more genuine this time round. But then I think it's because Bonnie has irritated me the most this series with her embarrassing charade on and off the ice. Being lifted up with her legs spread wide open in every dance isnt a good look when you are that age.

Is there some subliminal promotion for Hayley going on? It seems that on the DoI Facebook page her picture gets some prominence over others. Perhaps I'm wrong, but she does seem to dominate when the posts come up on my Facebook.

I've just looked at this:

https://en-gb.facebook.com/dancingonice

First picture is Hayley and Dan

And again further down...

Why are they showing 80's week with the only couple not wearing an 80's costume

I can't find ANY pic of Ray and Maria on this page

Ray and his jumps should be pic 1, with him topping the board every week

Has anyone even thought that maybe, just maybe, her cheesy grin shows that shes actually just enjoying herself...

Which is why I find it annoying that people criticize her like this but Ray (and Sam to some extent) gets away with being smug by people just dismissing it as "no, no! he's just confident and so he should be, he's likeable and Hayley is irritating." as if it's a fact. It can't be one rule for one and another rule for everyone else. It's down to opinion. ”

Thing is, there are no rules to forming opinions either, they just happen. In this case, most of us just have the DOI footage of the celebs on which to base our opinions, so obviously that's not enough information to get a rounded picture of somebody.

That said, based on this limited information, my gut reaction to what I have seen puts me in the 'Ray's likeable, Hayley's annoying' camp - it is not as simple as saying they both smile, therefore I must have the same opinion of both.
