Have to say the non T&D routines last night were better than the T&D routines they'd been given for some of the skaters all series - Bonnie in particular.

TBH, I would prefer it without them. Whenever they take to the ice to do a routine, I switch over for a few minutes.

I can see how the show must take up a lot of their time when it's on, but if the TV company continues to run it, it would be great to have one or both of them on the judging panel.

I think we've got used to seeing them being there as sort of overseers, presiding over the show each week and being shown helping the couples although there are other people doing most of the coaching.

I can see why this was done at the outset, it gave the show a focus to have those two in that role, but it's quite possible that this would not be needed if the show continued, though if one or both of them started judging it might be interesting (and even more interesting to see who they might replace!)

I think they should come back as judges. The panel could become five again: Robin, Karen, Jayne, Chris and Jason.

It was, though I think it was seen as a pilot show and it was always envisaged as more in terms of production and presentation. I am not sure it would have been sustainable in that format.

The reason it's been axed are because the ratings have fallen so much, Jayne and Chris moving on was just used an excuse. Last nights show only pulled in 5 million viewers, the results only got 4 million. It's flopping badly and it will only get worse, axing it now is the right decision. Though I think it's probably outstayed it's welcome by about two series.

They don't need another celebrity based reality show, how about they try and find something a bit more original and innovative instead?

BTW ITV were offered The Jump before C4, I bet they wish they'd taken it now.

Bonnie's was . But Bonnie has been dancing for 4 and a bit decades and has done a large variety of things , with top choregraphers. She's also got musicality working with her.

Suzanne tried for too much. She matched other people's biggests moves, and then added a couple of even bigger ones to match Ray's leaps. As Robin said, more may mean less.

Beth didn't know enough to produce any real routine - you need to see a story to tell , and have a range of dance moves and skills in your head to choose from.

Apparently, they were able to use choregraphers on their own routine. It looks like either some were better than others, or some did not use them. It also may confirm that some pros can do it and some can't.

Bottom line seems to be that you may get more good routines, and some people may not get dull routines, but a few may get even less . The basic problem may still remain. How do you write neough good routines, and how do you get celebs to do them with only a week between shows.

I think they should also consider a format with normal members of the public learning to skate along the lines of xfactor.
Start with auditions select the people with promise either as they can dance or ability to learn etc. Then move to a weekly show with intense training each week by the skating professionals and a coreographer. Jason could be that
