Big Brother Mzansi (South Africa) 3 - 2014
Is anyone else watching this?
Launched on Sunday (2nd February) and runs for 63 days. South Africa has 11 official languages, housemates can speak in any of these languages although Big Brother himself will primarily communicate in English and English sub-titles will appear on the daily shows. Launch show & other videos (not geo-blocked) here - http://bigbrothermzansi.dstv.com/vid...CategoryId=924 and downloadable in the usual places ![]() Nominations are Mondays, daily shows Tuesday - Friday, a weekly round-up on Saturdays and evictions take place on Sundays. There is also a 24/7 live feed, I'm not sure if that is available online. |

Can only find the full episode of the launch, and none of the others.

watched every episode so far..its not that impressive tbh.
They are doing the secretstheme like they did in BBAUS were the girls go in a parlour to suss out who 7 secrets belong to from the male hms. Theres a few good characters but im finding it far too slow paced on the live feeds and I dont like the live shows that feature loads of dance/rap bands. Will wait to see how the first eviction goes before I decide wether to keep watching or just ditch the downloads. |

It has become quite exc
Did you see a few days ago when BB wo Sol to the DR... and told him to wake Kgosi iting. Recommended for BB fans. The paradise island from a few last week with alcohol at 6am LOL would never happen in BB UK. |

BB Canada's Emmett has entered the BB Mzansi house for a week.
I predict Kat is going to be rubbing herself against him all week. |

I must say, this has really added a great dimension to the show. He is an entertaining housemate.
Him giving Sol grief for not helping with the house clean was great ![]() Pity he's left now. |

Oops I'd forgotten that I'd started this thread!
![]() I've enjoyed the series (until this week, it feels a little dull now), it felt a bit like early UK series. The highlights shows could do with be longer, especially Monday's episodes where they cram in highlights from Friday, Saturday, Sunday and nominations but keep the show at the regular 25 mins. It was nice to see Emmett again, he should have stayed for an extra week All my favourites have already been voted out, but I think I'd prefer MK to win. I really hope Sol doesn't win, but I suspect he may do! I'll definitely watch again next year. I think with the addition of BB Mzansi, I get about a month off BB a year! ![]()

Yeah, its been a pretty enjoyable series.
Really hope Sol doesn't win it, I don't think he will. He's been second to last in a number of evictions. I think it'd be Mandla but a MK win would be good. Shap shap! Bump the likwah! |

I thought the housemates were pretty good although I detested Sol Iris and Kat.
I hated much of the format style though, the evictions were terrible and I had to always FF the stupid rap artists they had on the show..seems SA is obsessed with rap. The whole evictions were dull boring and drawn out. I hated the structure of the daily show because they spend 5 wasted mins showing them doing morning excercises & tasks/comps are poorly edited into a 2 min segmant usually. The live feeds included daily diary room sessions with each housemate which also bored me instead of watching what was going on. The final was a complete mess, but despite all that I stuck with it because their was a lot of unforced drama thanks to a crazy bunch of housemates, they made a badly formatted show very watchable. I look forward to the next BBSA. |
