David "Lovejoy" Warner was amazing, he just nailed the kind of comedy they were going for

Yeah David Warner is good at that type of humour

I even found the line "We have a pond and - a duck!" funny, although I took that as a Pythonish reference the duck..I am probably wrong..

It is a tearjerker, I watched it twice and still had tears rolling down my face the second time, was a brilliant thing done in 30 mins seemed longer in a good way.

In historical times Goody was short for Goodwife which was a term of address that would be equivalent to Mrs nowadays

I realized I had missed the 1st episode So watched it today. Was a bit farcical for me. Not their normal high effort imo.

I did re-watch 12 Days of Christine. Outstanding.

Mrs Chuff and I watched the Sheridan Smith episode last night, and were totally dumbfounded. What an amazing piece of work. I am not ashamed to say that I wept at the closing moments.

Loved it. Creepy. Although, the voice was clearly different. Still, very good.

I really enjoyed tonight's episode. The various camera views seemed to create a weird
feeling of dread and the end really spooked me.

I love the inventiveness with this show. It's such a breath of fresh air.

The cat woman part reminded me of this song...

Another work of art. Hilarious and chilling in equal measure.

Ye I want to watch it back as the voice didn't seem the same did it?

In a way though that creeps me out a bit more.

Nice episode, I had worked out that it was probably Reece and then said to my OH, something horrific is going to happen at the end of this.......then winced right at the end!

Then main Chloe was definitely a women, I said they sounded like someone from Corrie!

So annoying, was watching on Virgin V+ from earlier, and it stopped about 2 minutes from the end! Have to wait for it on iplayer now...

I'm intrigued as to how this week's episode was shot. The video looked too smooth for progressive 25fps (I was expecting interlaced) but the stream & frames are progressive throughout. Maybe it's just my eyes? Still, those 3 PIP windows down the side looked positively too smooth for 25fps, but maybe because they're smaller it fools the eyes? Also i think with most other stuff they probably put on a fake slight grain on the video to make it look like it was shot on film, which this doesn't have.

I liked this one, but I didn't think that it was as good as the previous ones. I sort of guessed that the callers would be fake but I got it wrong, I thought that Jane Horrocks character would be the culprit, probably because doing voices (Little Voice) is what she has been known for.

I thought the fake caller would be her as well. The ending totally caught me out. Reminds me of when I worked as a helpline volunteer !

I thought there might be a few things going on in the cctv, watched again.

Don't want to spoil anything, but very clever ending that worked first time on me (if you can see what they were doing to the viewer).

Cool episode.

Probably why she was in this one. They also had her prominent in the background with her back turned when Andy was getting a lot of the calls. A decent red herring but maybe a bit blatant after a while. Another decent episode overall though.

Watching it a second time, when Jane Horrick's character puts the 'Chloe' call through to him during the party, she never actually hangs the phone up and is sitting there with it to her ear for the duration of the call.
