Hi All!
So just a fun game here that will only last a few weeks.
I am looking for around 12-16 people to sign up as contestants. I will then pair all of these contestants up so we should have between 6 and 8 couples. These couples will then be given a professional partner each so it will be a team of 4 (well 2 forum members and 2 skaters) Twice a week, they will be asked to work together to submit a song that will fit into that weeks theme as well as other things such as props, costumes, additional pro skaters etc. Therefore, each team must submit 2 songs, 2 props etc. I am also looking for between 3 and 5 judges (I understand that 16 contestants and 5 judges is pushing it a bit), they will score each out of 10.0 (or 6.0). The totals of both team members routines will be added together to create a leader board. However, when it comes to voting, they are both playing together, meaning in the first week, there shall be 4 couples in the bottom two with two leaving.
I know it sounds a bit confusing so I'll give an example.
Week One (Jack + Jill and Richard + Judy are one team)
Jack + Jill
Song: Umbrella by Rihanna
Prop: Umbrella
Judges Scores
Ronnie Corbett: 5.0
Paul O Gradys Nan: 6.5
Simon Cowells Cat: 5.5
Spongebob Squarepants: 7.0
Total: 24.0
Richard + Judy
Song: Spinning Around By Kylie
Prop: Chair
Judges Scores
Ronnie: 4.5
Nan: 6.0
Cat: 6.0
Spongebob: 5.5
Total: 22.0
24.0+22.0= 46.0
Then the voting starts and if Jack, Jill, Richard and Judy are in bottom two and all judges save the other team both couples are eliminated.
Bit confusing but it'd be great for you all to sign up.
