Bread making advice please?

Hi,
I'm having issues with my bread once made in my Panasonic bread machine.

I follow all the instructions and use strong white flour, yeast, and other ingredients required. It cooks ok and smells fantastic, but when I go to slice it it basically disentegrates!

So I bought a plastic bread holder to hold it in place while I slice it, but it still gets so wobbly I cant cut it.
Even with an elecrtric knife the bread still wobbles and gives way under pressure.

Do any bread makers have any tips please to make the bread firmer? I've tried cutting when the bread is still warm or when it has totally cooled but still get the same issue
Cheers

Do you use the fast cycle or the 3 hour one?

I have a Cookworks from Argos and my bread does not disintigrate.

I use the 3 hour cycle.

I have a Panasonic breadmaker and I made a loaf earlier. There's a 2hr and a 4hr cycle, I always do the 4 hr one and today I chose a darker crust which added 5 mins to the end of the cooking time.

Bread's fine, always has been.

I make my bread from scratch in a clay oven. So much better than with a machine.

Chill Nuggs baby.
Have a nice glass of PG with me - although I'm 13 hours ahead
(I made it myself of course!)

Did you buy premade teabags?

So much cheaper to buy your own materials and craft your own teabags. Then you know exactly what goes in them.

Not PG Tips you chimp!
Pinot Grigiot!!
Ok, I didn't make it really but I just bought it from the vineyard a few miles away.
Three hours ago.

I do make my own tea with dried leaves steeped inside several socks immersed in my bath.

Never used a bread maker so my advise may not be great but it sounds like the dough maybe to dry. Different batches of flour can need more or less water than others even the same brand. That's why I prefer to make it by hand so you can feel how much water to add. But as you like the machine try adding a little more water not to much say a couple of tablespoons. If it's still crumbly add a bit more next time.

What brand of flour and yeast do you use OP?

Try using less yeast.
