Advice please
Hi
Mobile and plan advice needed please. What is the best smartphone I can get for a monthly plan of £10 or under? I've been a payg person up until now but I need to upgrade my phone and it might be best to go the plan route. I've seen through mobiles.co.uk that I can get a Nokia Lumia, Blackberry Q5, Sonia Xperia and a Samsung Galaxy Ace for £5.99pm, all with minutes, texts and data, although not much data. I don't know one of these phones from the other, would like a decent camera though. Are these phones any good? thanks in advance |

in terms of budget smartphones phones. id go with the Lumia.
id guess that budget android phones are slow and frustrating to use, although the Moto G seems an exception to that rule. |

As others have mentioned, the Moto G has a 5MP camera, but if the camera is a priority then for that same price on Tesco you could get a Nokia Lumia 920, which has an 8.7MP PureView camera.

It might be worth paying attention to your choice of network provider. I think the Nokia 920 has 4G capability so you'll want a network that also offers 4G? Otherwise youy'll be stuck on 3G for the contract length (probably 24 months).
Since you're a self-professed cheap skate you should narrow your serach down to Three and Tesco who offer 4G for free as standard with all their contracts. You can compare network providers on Comparisim here for more info: http://www.comparisim.com/compare-network-providers/ |
