I'm looking for two writers who can provide a couple of articles a week about mobile news and reviews.

Why don't you open your site up to guest blogging? I have used www.bloggerlinkup.com/ for my own tech blog and found it good. You will inevitably get alot of rubbish articles submitted to you(which you can just ignore) but some of them are very good. All the bloggers want is one outbound link from inside their article. Also just make sure you check all articles for originality before publishing on your site.
