Tottenham Court Road would be the standard answer,you could try two or three shops for the lowest quote.

But as the poster above says, there must be hundreds if not thousands of places across the capital....

It's best to do it via the network directly.

iPhone usually needs to be jailbroken I believe.

You're better getting iPhones unlocked officially. If you do it via jailbreak method, and then update to a new OS version, you usually have to work until a new jailbreak becomes available, sometimes several weeks later.
