Just like to say thanks to the Carphone Warehouse for not giving me my voucher when i bought my Nexus 5 last year.

The sublime way you avoided all questions and queries regarding it via the many forms of "contact us" you offer was a master class in customer avoidance. Its a beautiful tactic which is right up there with leaving people hanging on a chargeable phone number with never any intention to answer it.
