CANCELLING music on iPad

how do I delete music albums on my I pad?

Via iTunes. Connect it to iTunes computer and with iTunes open select the Music Tab and remove the tick. If you have all music selected in Sync then you will need to change that and just Sync what you need or create a playlist and just Sync that.

You can do it on the iPad but have to do it song by song.

Swipe from right to left on individual songs to reveal a delete button on the right of the screen.

Roushi tried that but all I get is a cloud with a down pointing arrow but the tracks don't delete.?

They have deleted. The cloud symbol means you have to download them if you want to listen to them.

Thank you for the info I thought deleting would remove everything from the screen

you can hide tracks stored in the cloud; by going

settings,
music,
show all music (flick the switch)
