One Plan - £18.85/month?
I joined the One Plan on 24th January when it was £15/month.
I recieved a 3Alert on my phone which links to the ebill. It says the next bill is £18.85 I haven't used any calls or data outside of my allowence. Has anyone else been charged this amount and know why it isn't £15/month? |

It's to do with billing periods, the first bill is usually slightly more than a full month.

As above your first bill can be more because they need to bill you from the start until the monthly renewal date. All future bills will be £15.

(easily locatable via a search engine, or from Three's support pages and it's also explained on the bill) |

T-Mobile and EE don't pro-rate bills either.
