Takes 60 days for tmobile to unlock a samsung phone...wtf
and 30 for other brands!
Are they kidding!!? I am on contract with tmobile till may with a samsung note but the note has become faulty and i am having grief with samsung trying to get it sorted. the warrant expires next month. I have got fed up and bought an iphone from ebay which is on the ee network and have ordered a nano sim from tmobile so i can use the rest of my remaining contract till may using the iphone and not use the faulty note. As the iphone has been on ee will it work with my tmobile nanosim ok? ee and tmobile are the same right. Also, once my contract is up and i can leave tmobile i want to go to 3. If i moan do you think ee will unlock my iphone for free (if it needs unlocking, it hasnt arrived yet for me to test it) so i can use it on 3? |

Yeah if a phone Is locked to EE it will work on T-Mobile. On EE unlocking the iPhone it depends I forget exact process but to costs about 20 quid and you need to have the phone registered to there network for 6 months so I would mention to them you are switching to an iPhone else they may not do it honestly to avoid the problems with unlock I would of just brought an iPhone unlocked from ebay doubt it will be much difference and less hassle.
