Weetabix and multi grain shapes, and those fruity fruit loops are also nice

Used to be Coco Pops, but now it's Kellogg's Chocolate Cornflakes, and if neither of those are in the house it's Frosties.

Oatibix, Weetabix, Shredded Wheat, Jordan's Muesli, Jordan's Super Crisp, Sainsbury raspberry and yoghurt granola, Quaker oat granola, anything by Dorset Cereals, Allen .... think that's about it.

Cereal is probably my favourite food!

I like lots of cereals. For example, Crunchy muesli with bits of chocolate.

However - I don't have what I like. I have All Bran with a Banana, every morning. For...er....obvious reasons. I wish I had figured this out 20 year ago.

I only like two, all the others seem too sweet - Kellogg's Cornflakes and Jordan's Country Crisp strawberry.

I like Aldi's version of mini shredded wheat and their porridge too.

I know cereals have lots of hidden sugars added so I try to have unsweetened ones and add dried fruit and some sweetner. I have a sedentary job but need to eat something first thing. I love cereals and quite like Weetabix and Corn Flakes too but don't eat them v often.

Porridge. Not a fan of sugary cereal as I'm literally starving again after around half an hour due to them being such high GI. Totally pointless.

Frosted Shreddies!

They are addictive, I can't have them in the house any more

(I eat my cereal dry as I don't like milk but these little bad boys are so yummy, even dry!)
