Hi, anyone doing a special meal for valentines day tonight?
Im going to do duck breasts in a plum sauce with fondant potatoes and maybe some roasted carrots.
Will be first attempt at fondant potatoes, anyone got any tips?

Butter. Lots of it! You can either do them in the oven or on the hob. I've done both methods and both were good.

I enjoy cooking and cook all the time so when it comes to special occasions we use it as an excuse to eat out. We're going to our favourite restaurant. They do a 7 course tasting menu for Valentines.

I'm going out to a local pub. Looking at the menu it looks like camembert to share, steak and then a fondue to share.
