Can't install some apps
I've got an iPad mini running IOS 7.0.4
While searching for something else, I came across an article "The 90 best iPad apps 2014". I picked 6 and went to the App Store to install them. I always install directly on the device, without using iTunes. Four of them installed immediately, but two of them, Yahoo Weather and Adobe Photoshop Express, showed a circle for a few seconds, and then went back to displaying "Free" instead of "Open". It's not lack of space - I still have 10.1 GB available. Anyone have any ideas? |

Did you try each app again?

A couple of times, with the same result.

When I've had a problem with an app download failing, I usually try a hard reset - holding down the Sleep and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears, and then trying again. Failing that, download directly from iTunes and sync your device.

Thanks testcard. I did a hard reset and tried again. Yahoo Weather downloaded fine. Photoshop Express showed a cloud symbol, so I looked at Purchases and for some reason it had gone straight to Cloud backup.
