Over the last few days, my usually strong phone signal from three has vanished.
I have visited the mast site, using data from the offcom sitefinder site (as well as visiting other mast sites in the area) At the nearest Three mast site there is no signal ( in this area there's usually a very good signal )
I have tried contacting three on 333, ( when ive had a signal) but the customer support service doesn't appear to be that clued up.
also down in the area/poor signal is:
EE
T-mobile
Orange

If you email Three about a mast problem they tend to call back within a day or two for more details. It's a gamble as to whether the person at the other end will understand though or just recommend rebooting your phone..

You could try reporting it to EE as suggested as they share the same masts in most places.

Twitter is a good way to get through to Three.

Thanks for the above, everything came back again yesterday afternoon/early evening.
There are a lot of roadworks in the area of the mast at the moment ( gas mains renewal) and in amongst the gas people were a few vehicles from Western power distribution, so it looks like a power failure/problem, so much for back up power supply systems/generators.

As for threes 333 support line they didn't seem to be that clued up on things, just kept saying we are running a test at our end and we cant see anything.
