I miss Kyran with Melanie

I still think Kyran is great but I really miss his connection with Melanie. He was one of my all time favourite contestants and my favourite performances were Billie Jean and the props week skate as his and Melanie's personality and chemistry was strongest and I don't feel the same connection with Nina.

I also miss Kristina Lenko. She was great to watch.

I agree, I think his partnership with Melanie was part of what made him so great the first time round. I really miss Melanie and Fred

Completely agree Kyran and Mel were one of my favourite partnerships, such a great connection.

Yes I miss Melanie and Kristina too. Nice sweet girls and they were very graceful to watch. Wonder why they left.

On the back of tonights result, I'd like to repeat my stance. If Kyran had been partnered with Melanie, he would have got to the final IMO. They had a real fun connection- I mean, even Billie Jean last week, which was one of my all time favourite routines, was not as good as the original one with Melanie. Its such a shame they couldn't have got her back... I'd say the solo skate tonight was his best (Though partly as it was Dancing in the Dark by Bruce Springsteen) but its a shame, as he is a really great skater, and I just wished they kept the original partnership.

echoing what everyone else is saying here

Whilst I think Nina is a lovely lady and a fantastic skater I dont feel a connection between her and Kyran - that is what is missing from the partnership for me - they seem to be slightly awkward with each other........

I miss Kyren altogether. I think he was the best allround skater and he gave me bumps when he skated. I cannot stand Ray (cocky) and Sam and as for the girls they should have gone last week. I cannot stand the facial expressions of Hayley as it reminds me the little girls sent to dancing school and who are considered darlings. As for Beth she is like a dead fish.

I will not be watching anymore because of the pro girl voting.

I don't think Mel coming back was ever on the cards - her & Fred are still the best pros ever on DOI for me.

I do really like Nina though & I do think they have a good partnership - there is clearly a lot of trust there or Nina wouldn't do those big lifts they have been doing. I think they've done well this series in the slower numbers, without the mistakes the 80s week routine to I Want to Know What Love Is would have been fantastic - I hope they do that on tour. And Chasing Cars, brilliant as always & it was lovely to see Nina get quite emotional after they finished skating that on Sunday.

What's been missing from Kyran this series is the fun factor. I'm not sure that's down to Nina though but more the routines. We all know he's not & never will be a dancer but he could always perform & sell a routine. Lots of the routines he got in series 2 were well choreographed, great fun to watch & had a bit of character he could get his teeth into. The times when we have seen it best this year were in the Duel & the Team routine rather than the standard routines.
