Mahler's 8th is probably my favourite classical music. The final 40 minutes or so is pure musical heaven...............
I'm not that keen on the first bit with the songs so I tend to skip that The long final tone poem in Das Lied von der Erde by Mahler is also fantastic Good old Mahler.......all his symphonies are good. |
