I must say, since moving from o2online contract to orange online contract, im very impressed with the service, i have the nokia 7610, can be slow at loading thing but is a good phone.

Orange Customer service is great, there service is great, easy to understand tarrif guides. Really chuffed with the service

One little bitch though - Would be nice to buy maybe an extra 50 inclusive minutes

Although i had £50 free credit added to the account

Yes agreed the orange online tarrifs arent bad. make sure if you do call customer services you use another orange contract fone as online customers pay 35ppm, so find someone whos not on an online plan

Or call 0800 801080 from your orange phone/landline, choose option for customer services, and get customer services free of charge

Vodafone have brought out Online 200 now as well.. 500 free text, 200 anyone mins.. blah..

o800 80 10 80 is the direct sales team, ok if you want to buy a phone, but theyre under instruction not to transfer you to customer services. they have sales targets to meet and dont appreciate general enquiries

Nope. 0500 802080 is direct sales. 0800801080 has an option for "existing customers" ... and you just go through to customer services via there.
